Welcome back to The Recruitment Entrepreneur Podcast.  In this episode, we are joined by The Resilient Coach, Mark Whitby, to talk to us about what coaching and mentoring can do for you and your business. Mark always knew he wanted to work in sales, and after travelling to the UK from Canada and speaking with a number of recruiters, he decided to take the plunge and became a recruiter himself. Mark worked hard in the industry but would find himself struggling to keep up.
