Victoria Garrow is Founding Member and Director of Research at The Lookout Project, a non-profit organization in Washtenaw County started by five students at the University of Michigan.
The goal of the Lookout Project is to provide education regarding overdose prevention, alongside Narcan®, to individuals that are being released from Michigan jails and prisons.
The Lookout Project is working with community partners to raise awareness and raise the funding required to provide these free Opioid Overdose kits and deliver education on opioid addiction to students, families and community members.
