In this episode, I dive into the common belief that the answer to feeling stuck, unmotivated, or inconsistent is more discipline. But I challenge that idea because often, it’s not a discipline issue at all.

  • You might be trying to force routines and plans on a body that’s imbalanced, dysregulated, or depleted.
  • Symptoms like fatigue, cravings, anxiety, and low motivation are often signs your body needs support  not more pressure.
  • Hustling harder or pushing through isn't always the solution, especially if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.
  • True consistency comes from connection listening to your body, creating safety, and nourishing yourself properly.

I also share why healing, not hustling, creates long-term results and how reconnecting to your body can give you the energy, clarity, and flow you’ve been chasing through willpower alone.
