The Real Life Monopoly Self Control Season 1 Episode 2

Everything in life comes down to the choices you make. Earlier in life the choices were way easier or non-existent. Growing up our parents make most of our choices, from the school we go to, to the clothes we wear, to the food we eat, etc: however, as we grow up we end up having to make tougher and tougher choices. Making yourself do what you want to do, when you want to do it, is easier said than done and is one of the toughest feats anyone can endeavor. We all have an affinity to choose the path of least resistance when it comes to making difficult choices. The question is, why do we do that? Maybe it’s because we have become accustomed to the person that we are and the person that we want to be just seems too hard.
