Quintin is a property veteran who started his career as a broker, pounding the pavements in the commercial and industrial property space. In a natural progression for him, he went on to play a pivotal role at Redefine. Following his time there, Quintin co-founded what is now one of the country's biggest real estate success stories of our time in the formation of Spear REIT, which now has a portfolio in excess of R4.5 billion.
