On the sixth episode of The Real Good Podcast, we sit down with Christine Marsh, a senior real estate broker at Quay 1 International Realty and in our humble opinion, one of Cape Town’s best and most well-respected brokers.
From studying and then working in hospitality for a number of years, Christine moved over to the property industry in 2016, first in an operations role and then transitioning to brokering where she facilitates a variety of business transactions within real estate, by acting as an intermediary between the parties involved. We chat about how her career path started out in hospitality and how these skills have actually helped her drive a more personal customer approach in building the business relationships she has.
In 2023 alone, Christine concluded in excess of R50m+ in deals and together with her team, she brings a fresh approach to Cape Town’s thriving real estate industry. As a female broker, she is pushing the boundaries of innovation in real estate sales and she is paving the way for women like her in what is currently a very male-dominated industry.
