When I was in my first bout of professional training in 2008-2011, I was on somewhat of a crusade to remind my peers that once they left the safe bubble of drama school, the true hard work would really begin, and that the industry was going to be unbelievably tough.

In this episode, I explain why this it's incredibly easy to underestimate the difficulty of working within the acting industry.
