
Recently while exercising I've experienced something called the flow state while exercising. Although not a new idea It's been happening more frequently with my workouts. All of a sudden I don't feel tired but more focused and everything else disappears I am more in tune with my body and have a burst of energy where my mind and body feel connected while doing this activity. In this episode I breakdown what I feel about the flow state and give my thoughts on how we can tap in to use it in our everyday lives.
