This was by far one of my favourite episodes to record, and it was deeply moving and activating. It’s also kind of my “coming out in all my spiritual weirdness" episode, as you’ll hear me share towards the end.
I must be honest in that at the start of this conversation I felt somewhat sceptical, as you may well too, because we start with a bang as Alana shares that she is a walk-in soul. But once we got past that mind-bending concept, so much of our conversation was deeply resonant for me, and I felt like I was talking to a kindred soul.
Our conversation ranges from Alana’s near death experience, her work in spiritual coaching, the work she is doing in Egypt to assist women in activating their purpose - which brought me to tears as I shared a bit about my own experience in Egypt - to what you can learn from fantasy books and even mainstream media (I bet you never expected to hear me say that.)
