The protocols and procedures would whet any programmer or baker's appetitive (it's all cake!). We talk about inclusivity and diversity in the company. It's a conversation worth listening to and we really barely scratched the surface. It was definitely an eye opener for sure on what can happen in a tiny piece of land in your small north coast town.
