
This week's guest interview with Ania Karbowska. She's a personal trainer and an NLP coach helping women to feel amazing in their bodies. She combines her fitness and nutrition knowledge with Breakthrough sessions to get life-lasting results.

She used to struggle with her weight and tried different diets, but never saw long-lasting results. At some point, she realised that physical changes were not enough and started looking at her mindset.
She came across an amazing coach who introduced her to NLP. After doing the inner work she discovered the root causes of her self–sabotage, and limiting beliefs and realized that there was more under the surface. After removing negative emotions, limiting beliefs and self–sabotage, she now looks after herself because she knows she deserves to be the healthiest and happiest version of herself.
