Today Dan and Josh are joined by Jannienne Verse, a corporate marketing expert and partner of Spotlight Advisory Group. Jannienne provides an informative overview of the new field of NIL (Name, Imagine & Likeness) rights, and why protecting one’s image should be an important consideration for athletes and other creatives, regardless of what stage of their career they are in.
