In this episode I talk to fellow artist and songwriter Alayna about her journey through music and in life, how softness is her super power, the ever evolving nature of this human experience, burn out and nurturing the spring of our creativity, navigating the in between space, Alayna's quest to know herself more deeply and the concept of being enough and feeling worthy.
Alayna is a musician, songwriter and artist from Aotearoa, New Zealand. After releasing two EP's 'Sweet Soul' and 'Tender' in 2018 and 2020 respectively, Alayna revealed her debut album 'Self Portrait of a Woman Unravelling' in July this year, where she continues to lean into her self exploration, self actualisation and vulnerability through her songwriting and life experiences that shape her.
