In this week's podcast, we are talking about conflict. Where there is community, there's bound to be conflict. This week, we are talking about peer-to-peer conflict and student-teacher conflict. As parents and teachers, we want to make sure that we engage with conflict in a way that allows our individual children and our whole community to mature and develop. This is a good one for parents of all ages.
