In this video, I explore how small, everyday “glimmers” can shift your nervous system from stress and overwhelm into calm, presence, and emotional regulation. If you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or feeling constantly on edge, this might be the missing piece.


A glimmer is the opposite of a trigger – it’s a tiny moment of safety, joy, or peace that signals to your system, “I’m okay.” And when we learn to notice these moments intentionally, we begin to rewire our baseline state from stress to grounded confidence and self worth.


This isn’t toxic positivity. It’s nervous system awareness. When we learn to slow down and recognise what’s good, safe, and true in the moment, we create space to respond instead of react. Over time, that changes how we see ourselves, how we show up, and how we experience life.
