She was accepted to multiple medical schools, and in this episode, she reflects on her successful application cycle, undergraduate experience, and gap year.

Holly describes how she majored in Spanish in undergrad and how this became a major part of her application story since she also studied abroad in Spain and volunteered at a clinic that was predominantly for Spanish speakers.

Holly also explains how she was able to find mentors early in undergrad that provided her a lot of guidance as she navigated the MCAT and application process. She also discusses why she chose to take a gap year and what she did during this time, including managing a French bakery!
