He has experience as tribunal chair, wing arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and mediator on all sorts of commercial, intellectual property, employment, insurance, and entertainment disputes. Usher is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Chair of the ABA Arbitration Institute, and Co-Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section International Committee. He was also Co-Chair of the ABA Arbitration Institute in 2023 and 2024 and Co-Chair of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS) Annual Conference in 2024.
