Panic or Pressure? (Hint: It’s All PTSD.)

And every time you hold your breath you block your blessings.

Some folks explode. Others hold it in.
Either way, you’re stuck. And you don’t have to be.

Let’s get blunt.

Some people panic.
Some people feel pressure.

Both feel like hell.
Both keep you frozen.

If panic is explosive liquid shit way of life…
Then pressure is holding it in so tight you can’t even smile.

Let’s keep going.

I’m not a therapist. I don’t treat PTSD.
But I’ve lived it. 

And I’ve abandoned it.

After getting beat to death in the Camp Hill prison riots in 1989,
I had to retire.

I lived with flashbacks, paranoia, nightmares, anxiety...
They thought I was broken.

But I wasn’t.  I was only blind.
