Hello everyone! For this episode I had the pleasure of speaking to Patrice! Patrice is a child of God, a mother, a sister, a friend, a coach, a student, a dog and horse lover, an artist, and an exercise junkie. She dreams big and encourages others to do the same, since we only go through this life once. She reigns in the kitchen. We met through our coaching class and she became like a mother to me, I have appreciated her wisdom, counsel and many stories that she tells!
