Hello all! Today starts a new series for the month of May called "Forgiveness and Motherhood"! Today is part 1 and I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria Modamwen! Maria Modamwen has a career in Contract Administration for the Federal government. She is a mom to her beautiful 4 year old son, Midas. Becoming a mom led her to solidifying her life passion in wellness. She advocates for mother’s wellness through her platform, Golden Mom Journeys (GMJ). GMJ focuses on empowering moms through their pregnancies, birth experiences, and post-partum journeys through our doula services with a focus on holistic fitness. When moms are holistically fit, that’s when they are truly empowered. She spoke of her journey of forgiveness with her mother and in becoming a mother. This is an episode that is a must listen!
