She specializes in anxiety disorders, body image struggles, embodiment + empowerment, and healing inner child trauma triggered by parenthood. Her work often incorporates mindful movement along with talk therapy, as she is a huge advocate for restoring the mind-body connection and helping you come home to yourself.
