Our emotions can get pretty intense postpartum, and yet it's a time when we want to be the most present to soak in all of the cuddles and enjoy this quick time. So how do we cope? what most women try to do that doesn't work and actually allows their intense emotions to grow instead of be calmed
how to communicate with your body in a way your body will understand, even when it's worked up
what you can say to your body to help it trust you and calm down for you
how to stop being afraid of or mistrusting of your emotions in the moment, and how to actually be the one to nurture the worked-up parts of yourself.
