#36 What to say? How to say it? When to Say it?

#36 is all about the way we communicate. Let's be real, our podcast sucked when we first started and it probably has only gotten a little better. This episode is a bit of a reflection on our growth as communicators and how this is improving the show and our patient interactions. The communication continues to flow into the Clinical Instructor role and how to approach being a CI. AND SOMEHOW, the conversation picked up where last week left off but this time we hear Nick's bold opinions on the role of residency training.
