How does Chronic Pain come about? When does it really start? Early Physical Health Literacy is one factor that can play a large role in this. Matt Paponetti, PT, DPT comes on the podcast to touch on this and much more. Matt is a current Orthopedic Resident at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and has some interesting perspectives in dealing with physical literacy and incorporating it into both pediatric and adult PT. Fun Facts about Matt: He has recently taken up the sport of climbing, he loves to play spike ball, and he grew 4'' and gained 30 lbs his Freshman year of college.
