We are facing the greatest global pandemic of all time. Burnout, anxiety, stress is at an all time high. People are the greatest asset of an organisation. The better people look after themselves, the better they perform in all areas of life - both at work and home. Every single tiny choice we make during the day is shaping our lives, directly impacting how we feel and experience life. After getting the biggest wake up call of losing everything in my life in 2016 I had no choice but to face my habits and make a change. The changes at first seemed so insignificant that I didn't believe they would make a difference. BUT they did. The Positive Habits Podcast is for people who want to live a better life, with higher energy levels, less stress, better relationships and ultimately to supercharge their performance in all areas of life. I'm on a mission to help people improve their wellbeing with one small habit change.

Attention IS The New Currency
Kat speaks with Caitlin, a productivity coach whose journey began with a life-altering health challenge at 18. Together, they explore how Caitlin turned adversity into a passion for sustainable productivity, meaningful work, and well-being. She shares practical strategies for building positive habits, navigating the modern world of AI and reclaiming focus in our distracted world. Caitlin provides a powerful reminder that small changes, self-awareness, and a growth mindset really can transform both your work and life. KEY TAKEAWAYS Sustainable productivity balances achievement with well-being. Caitlin has a sight issue that gets worse with stress, anxiety and tiredness. Being productive helps Caitlin to stay balanced and well. AI tools can increase output but use them consciously and consider their broader effects. For example, using it to write everything for you can erode your writing skills and ability to communicate effectively. Don´t fall into the busyness trap. True productivity is about doing what matters most, not just filling time. Recognise that it’s okay to leave some tasks unfinished. Focus on what’s truly important and let go of perfectionism. Systemic and organisational issues exist but there is always things within your control that you can change. Small changes e.g. Scheduling focused work in the mornings and meetings in the afternoons can have a big impact on productivity and well-being. BEST MOMENTS "It isn't enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is, what are we busy about?" "Habits are a lifelong commitment to being the best version of myself." "Life is an unending series of complications. We don't know what's going to happen, but we know something is coming. There's no point getting stressed about the fact it's coming." ABOUT THE GUEST Caitlin Rozario is on a mission to make work better. Founder and facilitator – interlude, a career development company that focuses on corporate workshops to build sustainable productivity As the award-winning founder of interlude, Caitlin designs and delivers learning experiences to promote healthier, more sustainable versions of productivity, helping people to do remarkable things without the personal price tags of chronic stress, burnout and overwhelm. Inspired by her own experience overcoming a life-changing health challenge, Caitlin’s workshops have supported thousands of ambitious people and teams – from companies like Visa to global communities like Sophia Amoruso’s Business Class – to develop high performance that’s built to last. LinkedIn ABOUT THE HOST Kat started her career as a teacher, before moving into Tech where she worked in different executive roles within teaching and consulting working across the globe, both in the public and private sector. Despite appearing 'successful' on the outside, she paid a heavy ‘life’ price. In 2016, her whole world collapsed. The reason? The compound effect of years of unhealthy and toxic habits that destroyed her health, relationship and career. She suffered a severe breakdown and lost everything. In the middle of this she got headhunted for her first CEO role. She rebuilt herself by changing just one small habit and built a series of positive habits which has transformed her professional and personal performance, resulting in becoming the healthiest and happiest version of herself. She is a positive habits international keynote speaker and teacher, giving talks and delivering high impact programmes to organisations across the globe.
