This is an idea that’s been liberating for several people who Vinesh has coached. It didn’t just end up empowering those people but lightened the load on them especially with respect to their interactions with others. We often don’t feel like doing certain things and that’s alright. What’s more important is the way we deal with that. Some go on a guilt trip; some feel that they aren’t doing something right and some others push themselves completely against their will again and again.
