S5 - E6: The Running Fran is a Highland Ultra Fan (@therunningfran_) - In a change to the normal direction we head for our guests, being south, we’re staying firmly in the Highlands this week…which was the main reason we broke new ground for the show and committed to an in person interview, hitting up a local Starbucks and adding a bit of atmosphere to the background!

Although it’s familiar territory for myself, this week's guest is someone I hadn’t had the pleasure of meeting in person, until now, and what a delight she was. Topic wise it was sadly a return to the dreaded ultra marathon distance but I didn’t mind hearing all about it, especially seeing the smile talking about it brought to this lovely ladies face.
