In this episode, we looked at Heel Pain especially Plantar Fasciitis. We briefly talked about the difference between plantar fasciitis, fasciopathy & fasciosis. Other causes of Heel pain include calcaneal fractures, bursitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tarsal tunnel syndrome & Sever's disease.
