Healing does not have to be hard, and feeling your feelings can be fun.

Even though this episode was harder for me than I thought it would be, I did it.  I pushed record.  I said the words out loud. 

There's something here, and now I get to watch it back. I get to hear what I said. I get to witness myself. I get to hear my own story from a different perspective, from my adult perspective. 

I get to believe myself.

✨That's the magic of The Plumb Collective. We practice telling our stories to ourselves, connecting with ourselves. We get to know who we are, what we feel, and what we believe about who we are. It's so important.

The most interesting stories are the ones that you are in. It's your life.

I want to know my words about my life.

I want hear what I think about it. 

✨To do that, I need to tell my story to myself so that I can hear myself say it.

That's the example that I'm sharing with you.
