A lot has changed for me over the years since I started running. I love helping, motivating and inspiring others to be the best they can. My goal with the podcast is to get you Motivated and to fall in love with RUNNING. As we all aspire to remain healthy and fit, running, in my opinion, is one of the best ways to maintain a high level of fitness. 5 Benefits of Running 2 Hrs - The 2 Hour Principle

There are five physiological adaptations that happen as a result of 2 hour-long runs. 

One is that your circulatory system, particularly the fine capillaries, develops to circulate blood to exercising muscles and the second adaptation is that you teach your body to more readily metabolize fat and burn fat at your aerobic base. Three, lung efficiency is greatly improved to bring more oxygen to your mussels. Time on your feet helps your body adapt to the distance and get stronger.
