This one is a little different.

I talk with @bencoomber about his journey with Veganuary. Ben is a top guy, and a well known authority in the UK fitness and nutrition industry.

He is extremely open-minded and wanted to give Veganuary a proper go this year to get a better understanding of conscious eating and living. I chat to him at the end of January to see how he found it. The answer? I think "eye opening" is the best way to describe it.

I would say that he has learnt a lot - and although not staying vegan there are things that him and I agree need to change in this world if we are going to live long and healthy lives.
