Do you have PCOS? If not - I'm sure you know someone that does.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common condition that affects 1 in 10 woman, and to be fair can make weight loss a little more challenging; especially if you have the insulin resistance that can come with it.

However, no matter how challenging it might be, with the right help and mindset weight loss can still be achieved.

Teresa, the guest on the episodes podcast is testament to that.

At the time of publishing this podcast, she is a current client of mine and lost 10kg over the last 3.5 months working together.

All I want for you to gain from this episode, is hope, maybe some tips and of course motivation to keep going; because you will get there!
