In this podcast we begin Season 2: A Love Song to the Zodiac. For this series, we will be going through the astrological signs, beginning with Aries and working our way around the wheel. Please note: for this podcast we start talking about language and get into the Aries material starting at minute 16.
Aries is commonly characterized as energetic, extroverted, confrontational, reckless and even stupid. There is a basis to this. Aries process often does have to learn through trial and error, through jumping in headfirst, feeling other to the powers that be, as though it is them against the worlds. However, in this episode, we explore how this understanding of Aries can be understood through the natural squares to Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. AND how the challenges Aries faces in family, relationships and society often result in deep existential grief that necessitate and define its path of courage.

We all know Humanity's relationship with all things Mars: our will, drive, power and connection to our energy body... is pretty messed up. Our current relationship to Mars is a product of a long historical strategy to separate us from these forces. The church, the state and late capitalism have all launched campaigns to siphon our energy and use them to fuel their own agendas. Now is the time to reclaim our own energy and support our own Mars. The integration of this is archetype is key to our personal and collective healing.
