We are creating a podcast that will augment the testimonies of Pitt County and Eastern North Carolina’s communities and their ‘reckoning with race.’ Doing so will not only amplify minority voices in our area, but will assist in the healing of marginalized communities that have faced generations of subjugation, as well as create accurate accounts of the events that often go untold in local history.
