In this episode I had the honor of catching up with the incredible Major Mandisa Mfeka. Mandisa made history becoming the first female combat pilot for the South African Airforce. Not only is Mandisa busting through social gender ideologies and stereotypes in becoming the first female in her position but she's also the cocreator and founder of Wingedspanner, an organisation designed to teach financial literacy to South Africa's younger generation.
