This is the first of a mini-series called Artist Documents that we will be hosting on Contemporary Art Kōrero over the coming months. Artist Documents is a conversation with an artist from The Physics Room programming in which we speak about points of reference for their practice recently–maybe a place, a song, a particular material, a text, an object. In this episode, I speak to Abigail Aroha Jensen, currently exhibiting in the gallery with Tamsen Hopkinson as part of our current exhibition Bootleg, about some of the objects and ideas that informed her work for the show.
