Today we have the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Sierra Richard who is an investigational drug service clinical pharmacist and founder of “Happy Pharm Life LLC.” She obtained her PharmD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy in 2019 after which she went on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy residency. While working as a clinical pharmacist, she launched “Happy Pharm Life” in 2018 which serves as a media hub for pharmacy and healthcare professionals looking to get more out of their careers. She has dedicated herself to raising awareness of pharmacy burnout through her blog and YouTube channel which has grown to have over 14 thousand dedicated subscribers.
