Happy New Year 2022! This past holiday was spent in quarantine due to Covid. Pretty sure it was the Omicron variant. Maybe this happened to some of you or someone you know, or maybe you’re going through it right now. It wasn’t fun. In fact, there were moments challenged my mental health. I thought some of the thoughts I had might help others going through it.
