Murderbot
This weeks comfort watch sci-fi sit-com; Murderbot follows a self-hacking security android (a "SecUnit") named Murderbot who has gained free will but prefers to keep it secret while watching media. The series, based on the boooks "The Murderbot Diaries" by Martha Wells explores Murderbot's reluctant journey as it navigates dangerous situations and forms unexpected bonds while trying to maintain its desire for solitude and media consumption.
The whole team is in for this one, Dion, Jill, Quinny and Peta, and in our own way we are all Murderbots... on the right day.
Synopsis
A media-obsessed private security cyborg, calling itself Murderbot, must hide its newly acquired autonomy, while completing dangerous assignments and being simultaneously drawn to humans and appalled at their weakness.
