Ep 2: Mental Resiliency with Taylor Jacky (Mindset Matters)

We were incredibly fortunate to speak with Taylor Jacky (TJ), owner of Mindset Matters.

Mindset Matters (MM) is aimed to help student-athletes combat mental barriers that influence athletic performance and overall mental wellbeing. Along with tools to address building mental resiliency, leadership skills, and other characteristics, MM helps build unity in a team atmosphere whether that be in a one-on-one or club based setting.

Topics Discussed:

- Taylor's athletic, performance, & coaching background

- Mindset Matters & entrepreneurship

- Modern day pressures of student-athlete

- Current gaps & barriers to implementing mental health advocacy for athletes

- Advice for those looking combat common stressors

It was our absolute pleasure having this chat with Taylor! If you're curious where to find out more, her contact information is listed below.
