Episode #1 - Strength & Conditioning with Chris Peden

This is the first episode of the Performance Exchange podcast with the Performance Project.

Your host Alex, is a performance physiologist a PhD Research looking at all things Critical Power and W' modelling.

Chris Peden is our first guest on the podcast and I could not have enjoyed it more. Chris takes us through some of the challenges he faces with the 'buy in' from athletes, and how he builds trust and faith with the individuals he works with.

We navigate the barriers athletes face and how coaches and S&C coaches can work together, so the training complements the athlete's needs and performance demands.

If you are interested in working with Chris, or want to stay updated with him here are his channels.
