First, the plaintiff gave the defendant, her ex, money to rent an apartment together, but they broke up. The plaintiff is suing for the money back. The defendant denies owing the plaintiff a dime.
Then, the plaintiff gave the defendant a loan to help pay some bills but hasn’t been paid back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant lived with the plaintiff and says he ate her out of house and home.
Plus, the plaintiff kept her car at the defendant’s parking lot, but when she returned with a buyer, the vehicle was gone. The plaintiff is suing for the value of her car. The defendant says the plaintiff wanted him to hold the car for a few days, but weeks went by, and it was still there.
