The key to my improvement was the Low Back Ability program, which focused on strengthening my back and maintaining mobility. I delve into my daily routines, exercises, and the adjustments I made over time. I also provide valuable advice on avoiding setbacks, integrating mobility exercises into daily life, and maintaining progress. Additionally, I share insights gained from my work as a corrective movement specialist and the importance of consistency in exercise and stretching routines.
