This week joining the show is Dr. Steven Smith, founder of Vegan Fine Foods based in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.

Dr. Smith switched to a whole food plant based lifestyle over 20 years ago after a health scare and he hasn’t looked back.

During those 20 plus years he realized that a lot of stores don’t carry vegan products, or if they do – you had to search high and low for them, and when you found one that you liked, it was no longer there the next time. He grew tired of this scenario, so he decided to solve the problem. Now he is a pioneer and he is shaking up the grocery space with the first of its kind all vegan market that includes an eatery.
