Barbara currently serves as the President of the Board for the Washington State Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She provides a portfolio of coaching and consulting services to leaders, teams, parents, and mid-career professionals.

Barbara brings 20 years of experience in a corporate technology environment, navigating complex roles and career growth while becoming a parent and raising a family.

Her credentials include Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Expert, and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

One of her proudest accomplishments was becoming a certified birth doula as a side-gig early in her career.

It is not her credentials that define who she is but her inspiring story of resilience, compassion and persistence.
