Martin Toré is the creator of IFS Buddy, an AI tool for Internal Family Systems self-therapy that gained traction overnight and now helps thousands of people worldwide, has been showcased at major healthcare conferences, and universities are reaching out to include it in their research. Martin was previously a physiotherapist, and he talks about how working with people living with chronic pain led him to learn about trauma and the links between trauma and pain. He shares how he learnt to come from his heart when having  difficult and delicate conversations with his patients.
