Service Advisors - Calling An Extended Warranty Company and How to Be Prepared.

In this video, I will discuss some of the basic common sense things you should have or need to have when calling into an Extended Service Contract Company, commonly referred to as an Extended Warranty Company.  

This is basic information you need for the call. It is not a detailed training video however it is a conversation of what information you should have. Hopefully you have been shown by your manager or a co-advisor. This is not a hard conversation if you are prepared. In fact it is even easier than trying to sell to a customer. If they have the coverage and you have the information needed, you will get an approval.
