FLAVORS FROM AFAR with Christian Davis

Christian Davis is the co-founder, with Meymuna Hussein-Cattan, of Flavors from Afar in Los Angeles. As a social enterprise extension of the Tiyya Foundation, Flavors from Afar works with refugees and asylum seekers to create an authentic, rotating menu featuring traditional dishes from around the world. The refugee chefs receive a portion of the monthly sales, and 40% of the proceeds go to the Tiyya Foundation. Great food for a great cause.
