Daryl Parkin is a Senior Lecturer at the Manukau Institute of Technology School of Sport. Current curriculum lead for the School of Sport and Education leadership expert. Daryl holds a Masters in Education Leadership and drives our Outdoor Education programme. He talks to us about scenario based learning, how to get students into a stretch zone, and implementing experiencial learning to develop soft skills and leadership.
