Of course, with every device I always say you don’t NEED them but they certainly can come in handy in an emergency and they certainly can make the specific processes of training easier.
Many people have their various collar conditioning methods, I’m sure you can do a quick search on the internet and find that there are literally thousands of results. and all of them are not unique in any way.
